About Break The Cycle
Break the Cycle in Daytona Beach and Bunnell Florida offers an Intensive Outpatient Program for individuals. Intensive outpatient (IOP) consists of 3 days per week of group therapy, individual counseling and random urinalysis. Our Central Florida treatment program has been helping those afflicted with the disease of drug addiction and alcoholism for eighteen years. Our treatment program in Flagler and Volusia County consists of Outpatient treatment, anger management and batterer’s intervention. All of our counselors specialize in addiction and are here to help those in need.
We first started in Flagler County, Florida working together with the court systems, probation officers, and Sunshine Safety Council. Today, our Daytona and Bunnell outpatient centers work hand in hand with the Flagler Drug court team to help those afflicted with drug addiction. We have learned that many of those in the court system have the disease of addiction. If the client finds recovery they are less likely to be re-arrested for new charges.
We do accept most major insurances, although our prices are affordable if a client does not have insurance.
Break The Cycle has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal Of Approval for Behavioral Health Care Accreditation by demonstrating continuous compliance with it's performance standards. The Gold Seal Of Approval is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization's commitment to providing safe and effective care.
Our Programs
Our staff professionals begin by performing an individual evaluation to determine the total number of weeks the client is to participate. From there, clients will work with their counselor one-on-one, receiving persistent advice on how to stay calm and succeed during the most challenging of moments. The client will also work with the counselor through an approved workbook. Assignments are given and practiced with the counselor. Break the Cycle has a random urinalysis monthly.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a positive team environment that enhances our ability to provide a commitment of excellence for the intensive outpatient care and treatment of our clients.
